We are a competent, experienced and multidisciplinary team, very pragmatic and attentive to our client needs. For us, there are no major or minor customers: all require daily work and permanent reinvention, so that expectations are always exceeded. We do not believe in multitasking and dispersion, but rather in total delivery to each project.

António Sousa Duarte
From Alentejo and a man of letters since always, he began by being a journalist. Where he did a little bit of everything, but from time to time he recalls the time as a war correspondent for the Lusa Agency in the Bosnian war and the direction of a daily newspaper. He went through several titles. One thing has not changed: he continues to wake up in the morning and lie down at night thinking about information and how can he best bridge the gap between customers and the media. His biggest interests are April 25 revolution and social justice, and so, he wrote several biographies about personalities who marked him with their life examples, as well as a PhD thesis in Political Science. He directed the Communication of - Sporting Clube de Portugal, the soccer team of his heart.
José Bartolomé Duarte
From Lisbon, Benfica supporter and a man of the world, he loves the adrenaline of outdoor sports. And perhaps it was this taste for the risk that throw himself, very young, in to the business world. For him there are no secrets in the markets - as he always says, the wheel is already invented, so let's move on. He is an entrepreneur who selects areas of his interest like management, strategy and financial markets. The passion for Communication leads him to assume the immense value of this strategic side for companies, but also to teach at the European University where he teaches Political Marketing, Business Communication, Public Relations and Media Advisory.

Rita Ferreira
Rita started her career in journalism, but knowingly she says advisory earned her heart. The passion for communication is only rivalled by travel. She never finishes one without preparing the next. Among the causes she believes in is animal protection, so she's a volunteer in an association that picks up street animals. She finds balance in yoga classes and mostly, her family. She's fond of her roots and is a woman of solid taste: in football, Sporting is her choice since forever, and in music, classics like Sting, Santana or Bon Jovi are her favourites.

André Pereira
Sempre tratou as notícias por tu, não tivesse o André dedicado quase duas décadas ao jornalismo, sempre na liderança daquele que é um mercado competitivo. O seu maior objetivo é comunicar e sabe fazê-lo como ninguém. Calma e tranquilidade – não há como definir melhor o André. Mesmo no meio da tempestade tem sempre uma palavra apaziguadora. O que não esperávamos era que os gostos musicais fossem tão diferentes. O André adora Heavy Metal. Adora, não, podemos mesmo arriscar que é um fã incondicional. Já no futebol, e embora seja um lisboeta de gema, o seu coração tem mesmo duas cores: azul e branco!

Marta Silva
Marta is our mother's courage, with three daughters. Nature changed her turns: one daughter was born too early, the other daughters came hand in hand. This events helped Marta to know very well the priorities of her life: to work hard and always in extreme concentration, to escape at the end of the day from Lisbon to the countryside and to her family, where she finds tranquility. She studied Communication Sciences - Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, and after a few laps in other sectors she ended up returning to the world of communication, but now in the backoffice. She solves all problems, from people to contracts, always with the same availability.

Paula Ferraz
Paula is a permanent student. She has a degree in Business Management, postgraduate in Auditing and a specialization course in Taxation, and likes to keep updated when possible. Married and a mother of two, she balances her career with family life on a daily basis. She's a woman with a capital 'W'! Travelling is her most gratifying hobbie. But if she can take her bicycle for a ride on the weekends, she's happy too! Loves nature and socializing with friends, but its in music she finds her element. From classical to jazz, and some mainstream, she lets her sensibility rise above through the melodies. Paula may be a tough woman, but she's also a sensitive one. She likes to pamper and be pampered in return, like the big family woman she is!

Helena Almeida
There are those who have a one color heart, Helena has several colors: the colors of Portugal and France flags, a heart where family and many friends fit. She loves outdoor activities, especially those that force some persons to close their eyes in fear. Her ideal work environment would include Simon & Garfunkel's soundtrack in the background. She felt the Knack for numbers since she was a little girl, and that's why here at the agency, bills and finance are her terrain. She have many years of experience in financial management and no number escapes to her scrutiny.

De fácil sorriso e de uma simpatia sem comparação, esta é a Filipa. O jornalismo foi o seu grande amor, mas a assessoria tem sido uma paixão que não consegue explicar. Tem 15 anos de experiência em jornalismo e adora trabalhar em equipa. Tenta descomplicar as situações, mas também está sempre a pensar como melhorá-las com criatividade. A comunicação acaba por estar presente em tudo o que vai aprendendo, seja na escrita, na fotografia, na rádio ou no turismo, sobretudo se falarmos de viagens e gastronomia. Encara os desafios como um jogo de rugby, não tivesse ela jogado durante cinco anos.

Margarida Rangel
Passionate about digital brand management, different marketing strategies and for thinking ‘outside the box’, Margarida is a dynamic and fearless professional, who always seeks to explore new achievements and learn ‘new ways to communicate’ in a disruptive way. Margarida always worked in digital marketing in companies related to the pharmaceutical sector, restaurants, and communication and advertising agencies. Master in Marketing and Advertising, sees herself as a very focused and pragmatic person, always oriented towards results. Margarida doesn't like routine and easily finds new ways to reinvent herself. In her spare time, she sees the world of gastronomy as one of her greatest hobbies, in addition to being an assiduous consumer of thriller series and movies.

Nikolas Radich
Nikolas was born in Rio de Janeiro, where he completed his academic career. He graduated in Advertising and Marketing. After finishing higher education, he quickly entered the job market. It was in a marketing agency, where he integrated advertising and design teams in projects for large companies in the tourism and catering industry in Brazil. He always tries to keep up to date on marketing, creativity, design, and innovation issues to bring these references to his work. Nikolas likes to study to learn. He is passionate about 'sports', especially football and basketball. As a good ‘carioca da gema’, Nikolas is a Flamengo fan. In Portugal, he is still just watching. Cinema is another of his passions. He is keen not to miss a single film nominated for the Oscars.

Born in Lisbon in the 1990s, she has been used to traveling the world since she was a little girl. It has passed through almost every continent. Next on the list has to be Oceania. She graduated in Journalism from ESCS and has always worked in communication agencies. Hardworking and focused, at our agency she is the one who keeps us up to date with everything that is happening in the media and social networks. Nothing escapes her! Besides all of this, she still manages to add results in public relations. Her taste and vast musical knowledge earned her the title of 'jukebox' of the team. All it takes is a word and she'll immediately find a song, whether it's rock, pop or ‘pimba’. In her spare time, she likes to watch series, do sports, be with friends and go to a good restaurant. Not forgetting the trips to the stadium to see the club of his heart: Sport Lisboa e Benfica.
